This program is for climbers who are new to the sport and are looking for guided instruction on how to improve their climbing. If you have been wanting to start climbing for a while, our coaches work hard to ensure participants feel comfortable, empowered, and welcomed.
This is a 4-week program that will teach you how to belay, and introductory technique and movement skills.
Active AgingDesigned for mature bodies interested in maintaining health and inspiration in climbing as the body finds it a little harder.
This program is delivered over a 4-week cycle with one 1.5 hour practice per week.
Climbing will include the use of the bouldering area and roped climbing. It is expected that participants will be belay trained.
Intermediate techniqueThis is a series of intermediate technique workshops, sign up for one of them or all of them! In each 1-hour workshop instructors will teach a new intermediate technique skill then give climbers to apply the skill and recieve feedback. This program is aimed at climbers who have an understanding of basic technique, are climbing fairly regularly, and are ready to take their climbing to the next level!
Reach Your PeakReach Your Peak is an Adult training course that meets once a week for 12 weeks. The focus of this program is to learn how to train for climbing, with a focus on strength, endurance, and goal setting within climbing.
